Personal Training

The Personal Trainers at North End Fitness Center are Nationally Certified.  Therefore, you, as a Client, do not have to worry about the dedication or qualifications of the Trainer you hire to help you achieve your Fitness and Health goals.  Also, just as importantly, you will learn proper workout techniques that will provide the maximum results while protecting you from risk of injury due to improper form. 

 

Sessions run 30-60 minutes.  The Client will be taught pre-workout warm-up and stretching techniques, which can be completed before and after each Training session. 

 

Each personal trainer has their own rates and packages. Please call for more info.

Our personal trainers are qualified to educate and assist their clients in a number of areas:

  • Improved strength and muscle conditioning

  • Assistance in surpassing a fitness plateau (a halt in progress)

• Over this time period, you will learn how to challenge your muscles with

progressive resistance each week, through different exercises, to work toward your goals.

• Committing to this package not only enables you to learn and train with a wide range of workout techniques, but the time frame is sufficient to firmly establish your workout routine and make serious progress toward your fitness goals.

• Four to six weeks into your program is an ideal time to retake body

measurements and assess the progress (cardiovascular endurance, strength gains, fat loss, muscle gains, etc.) that has been made throughout the program.
