These sessions will consist of a maximum of ten people and will be scheduled online at a first come first serve basis.
Training Session Description:
Regular: Get access to our facility (weights, cardio equipment, etc.) for 90 minutes under the supervision of one of our fantastic personal trainers. Maximum of five people at a time.
Group: Join us for a 60 minute group fitness class. Each class will be lead by one of our fantastic personal trainers and consist of a maximum of five people.
Virtual: Unfortunately we can't invite you all back at once. But that does not mean you can't join our fantastic group fitness classes from your very own living room! All you need is zoom video, a couple feet of open space, high energy and a positive attitude!
