CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Step- Cardio class utilizing step aerobics with a focus on maintaining your target heart rate for the entire cardio portion. Any fitness level.
Muscle Conditioning - A non-impact, muscular workout utilizing dumbbells, body bars, rubber tubing and bands. Focused to strengthen and tone all major muscles in your upper and lower body. Any fitness level.
Kick Boxing- A fun workout that includes cardio and muscle work through the use of kick boxing moves such as punches and kicks. This class is designed to develop both your endurance and strength in the upper and lower body. (Boxing gloves recommended). Any fitness level.
TurboKick- A combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as, dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's a unique blend of intense intervals strength/ endurance training, and a relaxing cool- down. Turbo Kick requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment.
Zumba Fitness- Dance-Fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music which creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system and total body toning. No dance experience needed.
Zumba Gold- Zumba for beginners. No dance experience needed.
Core- Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and strengthen the deep torso muscles, which are important to help, prevent and alleviate back pain. Any fitness level.
Core Stretch- This class focuses on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balance and provide support for the spine. Adding a 15 minutes entire body stretch.
Yoga- Peaceful method to increase flexibility, coordination, strength, and endurance. Certified yoga instructors guide through important principles. Any fitness level.
Boot Camp- Mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Your challenge will be to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.
Spin- Cycling brought into the indoors. A great and effective workout in a high energy atmosphere. Get ready to sweat. Pedal as fast as you want and adjust the intensity to your level. Instructor will guide you through the different phases of spin.
Spin- Boot- An intense workout. Combination of spin and boot camp.
Total Fitness- An open floor class. Come learn how to use the equipment in our functional fit area.
H.E.A.T.- High energy athletic training. Class led by a Personal Trainer.
